How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
- Next Day Delivery: Ships the next working day after your order and payment are confirmed
- Free Delivery: When you spend R500 or more in a single order

You may collect your order in person by selecting 'Pick Up' on the checkout page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress with our courier partner.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
