Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

At Brown Girl Kreations, we aim to get your order to you fast and fresh.
All local South African orders are delivered within 2–3 working days once payment has been confirmed.
(That’s business days, so weekends and public holidays don’t count — our couriers need rest too.)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received.
Once your parcel is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Fees

• Standard Delivery: R100 nationwide

• Free Delivery: On orders over R500

• Local Pickups: Available in Cape Town.

Courier Partners

We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Delays

We do our best to meet all estimated delivery times. However, please note that unexpected delays (load-shedding, bad weather, or courier backlogs) may occur.
If your order takes longer than expected, our support team is always ready to help — just email info@browngirlkreations.co.za.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We’re good, but teleportation isn’t one of our services (yet).

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately.
We’ll work with our courier partners to make it right — replacement or refund, no fuss.
