Refund policy

At Brown Girl Kreations, we want you to love what you wear.
If your order isn’t quite right — whether it’s the size, fit, or you’ve just changed your mind — we’ve got your back.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@browngirlkreations.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you the return instructions.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem!
Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your replacement item (subject to stock availability).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email info@browngirlkreations.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll fix it — fast — with either a replacement or full refund.
